Zucchini and Parmesan Tart

A few weeks ago, I made this tart for my family and they devoured it. The next time I make it – there will definitely be a next time – I may substitute caramelized onions and goat cheese for the zucchini…or maybe some roasted cherry tomatoes and a bit of sea salt. What would you try?

I was one of the lucky family who got to enjoy this marvelous treat. Since then I have made it myself - just as it was originally served. Last night I made carmelized onions because I intend to try a variation tonight!! Wonderful and easy too!
