Irish Goodies: Jordan’s Jam

When I go to Ireland, I spend most of my time in Coalisland, Dungannon and the Moy in County Tyrone (home of the 2008 Senior and Minor Football champions).  One of my relatives introduced me to Jordan’s Jams one of of my many trips.
Jordan_s Jam
As you can see by the label, it’s pretty simple stuff…but really tasty.  I normally eat it with a little Irish cheddar cheese and on a cracker.  But I know it would also be great on a turkey sandwich…or with pork… Glad I’ll be going back in about 3 weeks…I am running low on this stuff!
