Hello there...
There are so many incredible resources on the internet if you're a photography enthusiast. I could spend hours just collecting the free resources - let alone the paid ones. I literally have to limit myself sometimes!
Pugly Pixel is not a new source to me; I've been following Katrina's blog for a few years now. But only recently have I really begun to take note of all the resources she makes available. The photo template below is just one of many - some free, some paid - but all of good value. This one comes from blog photo layouts, part 8.
Another recent find is RadLab - I'm a bit late to the party on this one. RadLab is a relatively small program that you download which works as a plug-in for either Photoshop or Photoshop Elements (version 8 and higher). The tool resides in your "filter" menu and allows you to essentially apply numerous effects (which RadLab calls "stylets") to your photo while seeing the results real time (rather than running one action at a time, you can see the results of may stylets applied to your photo). It's a really interesting and fun interface and it creates seemingly endless options. You can download a free 30 day trial which I've done. The photo above was edited using RadLab. Check it out yourself!
Come again!
