Now that I'm back in the U.S. and Valentine's Day is approaching, I'm beginning to think about a care package to send my significant other back in Ireland.... He loves my chocolate chip cookies and traditionally, they have traveled well. It takes a week for my boxes to reach him (I really can't afford overnight shipping to Ireland!). I want to send something different this time...preferably cookies and preferably ones that involve chocolate....but I'm open to other ideas.So, my baking friends, any ideas for something new I can send my loved one that'll travel well?

How about chocolate cookies with chunky chocolate chips?
Brownies are wonderful too, but I don't know how well they would travel. You have a week so it might work.

Biscotti travel really well, and you could make chocolate, chocolate biscotti, dipped in more chocolate...
